By downloading or using GoldWingman ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoldWingman. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What GoldWingman Does

GoldWingman is an AI-powered dating coaching app. It generates suggested messages based on content you provide. You retain full control over what you choose to send. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the App.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

GoldWingman offers a free tier with limited coaching sessions. Pro features are available via a paid subscription:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (Apple ID or Google Play account). We do not process cancellations directly.

Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

5. Free Trial and Promotional Offers

We may offer free coaching sessions or trial periods. These are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. AI-Generated Content

Suggestions generated by GoldWingman are produced by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any suggestion. You are solely responsible for the messages you choose to send.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by GoldWingman. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission. Content you enter into the App (your messages) remains yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GoldWingman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldWingman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or relationship outcomes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms, regardless of the governing law clause above.

Right of withdrawal: EU/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from digital service contracts. However, by starting to use GoldWingman immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store at any time.
